Serving Those who Served Us
At Tapestry Hospice and Palliative Care, we are honored to serve Veterans and their families. Acknowledging their service and sacrifice is our number one priority. Through respectful inquiry, compassionate listening, and grateful acknowledgment, we serve those who have bravely served us.
Our Commitment
Our Veterans Department operates under the guidelines of the “We Honor Veterans” program, a National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) initiative. This program is dedicated to recognizing the unique needs of veterans and ensuring they receive the respect and care they deserve. Our program is overseen by a retired Service Member with more than 22 years of service, bringing invaluable experience and insight to our team.
