Hospice Services

Our personalized care plans are designed to provide comfort, support, and spiritual peace for patients and their families.

Understanding Hospice Care

Hospice care is a choice when you and your physician determine that efforts to cure your illness are no longer feasible, or desirable.  Our focus is to make sure you are as comfortable and pain-free as possible, and to help you make the most of every moment of living.

More than Medical Care

Our hospice care services go beyond relieving pain, answering questions, and providing resources.  We become our patients’ trusted companion and we customize the care experience to meet the unique needs and wants.  Our focus is not on the illness, rather embracing experiences that bring meaning and joy to a person’s life.

How does Hospice Care Work?

Typically, a family member serves as the primary caregiver and, when appropriate, helps make decisions for the patient. Members of our hospice staff make regular visits to assess the patient and provide additional care or other services.

Always Here for You

Our hospice staff is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.
