Tapestry Hospice and Palliative Care is a Veteran-owned company who employs a retired service member full-time to oversee the Veterans program and to ensure that the Veteran’s and their family’s needs are addressed by focusing on a Veteran-Centric approach to caring for all Veterans on service with us.

As the Director of Veterans Affairs for Tapestry Hospice and Palliative Care, my goal is to maintain Veteran-Centric care for our service members and their families that come on service with us. I believe that every Veteran deserves to be treated with respect and dignity."

Be a part of something special, the Vet-to-Vet Volunteer Program is a way for Veterans that are looking for a way to give back to their community, by spending time with other Veterans on hospice care.
